Our performance-driven intensive program is designed to push your individual limits and get you into the best shape of your life. Boot camp classes are held at Piedmont Park, Chastain Park, Old Fourth Ward, and Decatur, in a group setting. However, our groups aren’t so large that you feel like cattle being run through the park.
During each day of class you will be focusing on aerobic, anaerobic and strength training. The weight you will be lifting is your own. All of our classes are built on CrossFit principles of training, a method that maximizes everyone’s potential regardless of fitness level, and keeps exercise fun and exciting.
All of the classes run for 45 minutes. You can expect to keep moving for the majority of the class time. For the entire session, our instructors will be there to motivate you and keep you going every step of the way. You will gain strength, burn calories, increase self-esteem, as well as form new friendships with your fellow recruits. The majority of our members achieve such great results in performance and the way they feel that they keep coming back for more, month after month.

There are a number of fitness boot camps to choose from in the Atlanta area. A few have been around for awhile, some spring up seasonally, some are here today and gone tomorrow. The one thing that is for certain is that not all are created equal. For that reason, we offer the following comparison chart.
