Our performance-driven intensive program is designed to push your individual limits and get you into the best shape of your life. Boot camp classes are held at Piedmont Park, Old Fourth Ward, and Decatur, in a group setting. However, our groups aren’t so large that you feel like cattle being run through the park.

During each day of class you will be focusing on aerobic, anaerobic and strength training. The weight you will be lifting is your own. All of our classes are built on CrossFit principles of training, a method that maximizes everyone’s potential regardless of fitness level, and keeps exercise fun and exciting.

All of the classes run for 45 minutes. You can expect to keep moving for the majority of the class time. For the entire session, our instructors will be there to motivate you and keep you going every step of the way. You will gain strength, burn calories, increase self-esteem, as well as form new friendships with your fellow recruits. The majority of our members achieve such great results in performance and the way they feel that they keep coming back for more, month after month.

    • No name tags necessary -- Some boot camps need them. With FB Boot Camp, you won’t get lost in the crowd. We have a small to medium-sized ratio of boot campers to instructors (usually <20:1). Our instructors get to know you and will actually get to know your name fairly quickly…kind of like Cheers, but with grass and sweat.
    • We won't break the bank -- We find it interesting that some boot camps charge $300-400 for a 4-week program.  Seriously? We want you to lose bodyfat, not your savings!  Our members tell us we could get away with charging much, much more.  However, we want to make sure you'll continue to see results month after month, and at $119 we make it affordable for you to stick with our program.

  • Fitness Battalion's Piedmont Boot Camp is held at beautiful Piedmont Park in Midtown Atlanta.  Just a five minute drive from I-75 and I-85, Piedmont Park is convenient to most of Atlanta’s intown neighborhoods.

    The park’s layout and facilities are ideal for all kinds of outdoor fitness, and include jogging paths, a gravel track, and numerous grassy areas and open fields.  We make use of all of these amenities in our Boot Camps.

    Our regular meeting spot is just inside the 12th Street Gate (along Piedmont Avenue).  There is often plenty of on-street parking along Piedmont Ave., 11th St., 12th St. and 13th St.  DO NOT PARK IN THE WILLY'S PARKING LOT--THE PIEDMONT PARK CONSERVANCY WILL BOOT YOUR CAR. Instead, find parking on the street or at Piedmont Park's SAGE Parking Facility. It costs less than $3 to park there for 90 minutes, and is sometimes worth avoiding the hassle of finding on-street parking.

    Classes meet at the following times:
    6:15 - 7:00 a.m. (Tu/W/Th/F)
    8:30 - 9:15 a.m. (Saturdays)
    6:00 - 6:45 p.m. (M/Tu/W/Th)

    6:00 - 6:45 a.m. (M/Tu/Th/F)

    Our gathering spot is by the playground between Rankin Street and Angier Ave (west side of O4W park).

  • Fitness Battalion's Glenlake Park Boot camp is held at beautiful Glenlake Park, in the city of Decatur. Just 3 minutes (.9 mi.) from Decatur Square, this gem of a park is an ideal setting for early morning boot camps.

    Classes meet Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 5:45 - 6:30 a.m.

    Our meeting spot is in the center of the parking lot. Please arrive 10 minutes early for your scheduled class!
